The Funding Infrastructure Diagnostic is a structured review designed to identify the gaps, patterns, and operational issues affecting your organization’s ability to pursue and sustain funding.

What’s included:
• Required pre-session Infrastructure Intake
• Review of your organization before our session
• 90-minute virtual diagnostic session
• Identification of key funding and infrastructure gaps
• Written Action Plan outlining priorities and recommended next steps

This is diagnostic work — not grant writing. The goal is to determine what needs attention before you invest more time or money into funding solutions.

Investment: $750

If you choose to move forward with the 12–18 Month Funding Roadmap, your $750 Diagnostic investment will be credited toward the $1,800 Roadmap.

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your Diagnostic and complete the required Infrastructure Intake. The intake must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
